Do you have Error and Omission Insurance?
Yes, there is a E & O fee of $75 per closed transaction. This includeds the cost of Legal advice, settlements, judgements, legal fees, claims, litigation and other risk management cost.

Can I open a Branch Office?

Yes, you can request an approval from corporate to open your own branch.

Do I need to be experienced?
We do not require experience, but strongly suggest you contract with a mentor on your 1st transaction.

How Is there a minimum sales volume?

No, you can do zero one or hundreds of transactions per year.

Can I work from home or office?

Yes, you can work from your home part-time or full-time or lease an office.

What MLS board are you a member of?

Yes we do, we are constantly setting up Real Estate Associations throughout California. Click here to view

Can I sign up to any Multiple Listing Service?

Yes, you can sign up with any multiple listing service.

How do I get Real Estate Signs and Business Card?

You may use any vendor you like with our logo.

Commissions are paid how often?

Commissions are paid within 24 to 48 hours, if your file is turned in to QC before 2:00 pm Wednesday and it is in compliance you will be paid Thursday.  If the file was received after 2:00pm you will be paid Friday.

Can we sign up with additional Lenders?

Yes, email admin@shorecapital.net we will require a broker’s package from the new lender.

Does my processor have to be approved?

Yes, to be approved your processor will need to attend our compliance training class.

Does Marketing and Advertising need to be approved?

Yes, all marketing and advertising needs to be approved by corporate.

Is there Training with Sales and Marketing?

Corporate has periodically training for Sales and Marketing.

Is there a minimum sales volume at Vista Pacific Realty and Shore Capital?

No. You can do none, one or hundreds of transactions per year. You will pay only $675 per closed transaction for real estate and loans.

Do you provide a desk or office space?

No. Our agents typically work from their home office. We have favored this mode of operation. Minimizing overhead helps our team members save and earn more.

Am I free to use any lender, title company or escrow company in my transactions?

Yes. You're free to select the services that best suit your clients' needs.

Can I get Broker Support When Needed?

Broker assistance is provided though our website, live web support, e-mail, and by phone and fax.

Can I do loans and what is your commission split for loans?
Yes, you can broker loans through Shore Capital Corporation. We are approved with 50  wholesale lenders offering a variety of loan programs. Our commission split for loans is 100% minus $675 per transaction, the remainder is yours.

What's different about Shore Capital and Vista Pacific Realty?

We are not a franchise. As we do not provide office space, our affiliates are expected to work from their home office. Without a costly office infrastructure to deal with, our agents enjoy the highest commission payouts in the industry.

Do you have a minimum sales volume or quota to maintain?

You create your own business plans and set your own goals. No manager will tell you how many sales you need to make, what meetings you need to attend, or whether it’s appropriate for you to reduce your commission.   You schedule your own vacations and work under your own pressure, not someone else’s.
